Sick again and new house

Two weeks of my life gone, sick with flu. Teresa had a flu jab at school to prevent her getting the flu and she was wiped out for almost2 weeks and I think I caught it off her.

We have bought a new house in Napier a villa at 13 McDonald St much more expensive than Coote Rd but it was recently refurbished so needs very little work doing to it. And it has a clawed foot bath which Teresa has always wanted.

Hopefully back to some sort of training next week, there are only 5 weeks before our trip to the UK so I don't know how much training I'll get in.

I was sick

I came down with a cold or something. It was a convenient time because I was planning to have extra time off or maybe it was because I was feeling tired that mad me sick/feelin yucky. Easing my way back into training. Swimming is going really well. I've been concentrating on the pull the sweep out and maintaing the water pressure on the pull, But because I swim with the balls and ankle band it seems every movement is magnified. I have really started to feel the 'feel for the water' on my forearms I assume this is because of the early vertical forearm which is a product of a high elbow. I am blown away by the sensations I'm feeling.

Am I sick again or am I still sick???

I have a sinus cold. I feel like the left side of my head is dead. I'm getting better but I have very little to say.

I have a cold, grumble, grumble

It was inevitable because both of the children have had one, so despite my valiant attempts to keep away from them I have it. And as always I trained well on the bike Thursday and well running and swimming Friday, Saturday my day off I started feeling yuck, Sunday it was a struggle and today I was a mucus highway.
