Triathlon - the second coming

Returning to triathlon after a 6 year break because of Rheumatoid Arthtritis (like a beginner but with experience). This continuing saga charts my return to the sport but this time with a family. It starts with Sprint Triathlons and ends with a return to Ironman....

Goal setting...

New goals are to swim under 10min for 750m open water in a wetsuit. I'm currently at ~~11.50~~ 11.24 min (current pb set 17Nov and used to swim 14+).
Better my PB for the half marathon 1.16.xxmin set in 1994.
