Eased back into training and decided I wasn't going to panic into trying to do pre sickness training. The race on the 13th will happen and its to late to try and do more training.

Garden Photos

Some tomatoes (red and green zebra) and our best radishes ever.

Chillis - I planted chillis and bell peppers(capsicums) none of the peppers grew.

I saved the banana tree by digging it up and putting in a pot.
