Weekly training Mon26-Sun 2June

Very little in the way of training this week - by choice, just listening to the body and it was moaning.

Weekly Training
Swim1 sessions with fist gloves. Experimenting with my propulsive kick.(see comment above)1200metres
Bike 20min strength on trainer 4.90miles
Run1x2mile runs at 6.15am2miles

Weekly core Training
Swim cords2 sessions Building specific strength - 50 on each arm and then 15
Back1 sessions
Abs2 sessions 7 different exercises based on crunches and leg lifts
Weights1 sessions with dumbbells
Push ups1 sessions - some moving side to side, hindu pushups
Stretching5 sessions
