|Swim||3 sessions with fist gloves. Starting to spend most of the time in the 'ZONE'. The 'ZONE' is fantastic effortless swimming,||3600metres|
|Bike||2X1 hour indoor trainer rides. M2 style intervals. Started 3rd session 6min strength on trainer||34.11miles|
|Run||3 runs at 5am||6miles|
In addition to these I do a lot of core work and stretch cords to supplement my swimming with the fist gloves. More detailed break down coming soon.
